Re-visiting some of my older work
As I continue my photographic journey, learning and growing as I go. I sometimes go back to some of my older work and reprocess them. Below are a few examples of this. The top photo is the original, the bottom is the newly processed version.
The above photo was taken back in July of 2013 out at Heritage Village in Largo, Fl. (if you haven't been there yet, you need to go, they have some amazing examples of old Florida on display).
The monochrome version was processed this morning using a new technique I have been working on. I really like the contrast and the drama created by the Black & White processing.
This next photo is an HDR I took of the fishing pier out at Ft. Desoto Park in Pinellas County, Florida (St. Petersburg area). I like them both but they are definitely different in appearance.
The image below was processed on 9/03/2015 using a slightly different technique than before.
I enjoy revising some of my older work, I to this day have no idea why some of these images pop back up in my mind but when they do, I usually listen and revisit them. If you enjoy my work please don't forget to "Like" my Facebook page at www.facebook.com/rorymadstudios
